Every club/league/association needs a designated role that looks after the day to day running of football in their organisation. This is a very important role in organising all football related areas, making certain that they are run smoothly and efficiently.

 

The module identifies the role of the Operations/Football Manager and how that role fits into a football structure. The program will cover the main areas of football operations.

 

  • Liaison with Executive Committee: job description/reports/objectives/subcommittees/club image
  • Coach & Player Management: appointment of coach/contracts/accreditation/Insurance/Player Welfare
  • Team Management: coaching panel & match day staff/training (facilities/alternatives)/junior club relationships/conflict management/injury management/licensing
  • Rules & Judiciary: player clearances/registrations/re-registrations/player reports/appeals processes/investigations
