Strategic Planning

The purpose of planning is to eliminate as much uncertainty about the future as possible and allow your club/league/association to move forward in the most efficient manner. A club/league/association has to know where it is heading and needs to think about the various changes. It needs to develop appropriate responses to tackle the possible changes. If a club/league/association does not plan for the future of their organisation their survival and growth can be severally hampered.

Participants will be guided through the 10 stage process of building a Business Plan/Strategic Plan for your club/league/association and at the end of the session participants will have a thorough understanding of the need for having a detailed Business Plan/Strategic Plan and the template to be able to commence the process.
