The EFNC is seeking applicants for the 2011 Season for all Teams.

This 106 year old club with Gold Level Accreditation under the AFL Quality Club Program has Seniors, Reserves, Under 18’s, Veterans and 3 Grades of Netball all Seeking Applications for the 2011 Season.

 

The Club is looking for applicants who:

 

-          Have previous experience as a senior or assistant Coach.

-          Have a passion to succeed with a great committed young group of players.

-          Develop and establish an appropriate pre-season training program to develop and prepare the playing squad.

-          Lead the club towards a flag in 2011 and into 1st division.

-          Set high training standards & leadership, sportsmanship and personal behaviour.

-          Provide a mentoring role to junior members of the football netball club to develop senior players.

 


We are looking for a long term approach so that we can build towards promotion to First Division of the Yarra Valley Mountain District Football Netball League.
